徳島のタデ藍から出来たすくもを使い灰汁発酵建てという自然の材料（木灰、貝灰、小麦のふすま）で発酵させ藍を建て染めています。自然の力で発酵させてた藍の美しいブルーに魅せられ、流行に流されない毎日の暮らしの中で長く使えるモノづくりをしています。

＜藍と絞り＞
藍の絞り染めは、藍色と白だけでつくる美しい表現方法です。伝統的で素朴な絞り染めの技法を使い「ナチュラルポップ」をテーマに作品づくりをしています。【縫う。畳む。絞る。】さまざま技法を使い時間をかけて絞りの準備をした後、藍で繰り返し染め洗い、糸を解き、灰汁抜きを行います。藍で染められた布地を広げると、澄んだ藍色と美しい模様が浮かび上がります。手に取ってみると、藍の清々しさと力強さ、温かみが伝わってくることでしょう。

大量生産は致しません。

Indigo dyeing is done by the traditional method of fermenting with natural materials (wood ash, shell ash, wheat bran) called lye fermentation using sukumo made from Tade indigo in Tokushima, Japan.

Fascinated by the beautiful Japan blue of indigo fermented by the power of nature, we are making things that can be used for a long time in everyday life that is not trendy.

ＳＨＩＢＯＲＩ<Indigo and tie-dye>
Indigo tie-dyeing is a beautiful expression method created only with indigo and white. Using traditional and simple tie-dyeing techniques, I create works with the theme of "natural pop". 【sew. fold. tie-dye】 After taking time to prepare for squeezing using various techniques, dye and wash repeatedly with indigo, untie the thread, and remove the lye. Unfolding the indigo-dyed fabric reveals a clear indigo color and beautiful patterns. You will feel the freshness, strength and warmth of indigo.
